Whats wrong with existing solutions

Existing solutions do not provide a scalable solution to delivering modern perps for trading. Leverage is extremely limited, requires to much capital to enable more pairs.

Root perps would be able to allow anyone to deploy into a vault, list over a 100 pairs on launch, and become an a valuable competition + addition to the ecosytem
