My idea is to make a NFT lottery that will benefit both owners and participants.

1. Each time the nft is sold, the owner gradually lowers the commission rates.

2. Each time a participant participates in the lottery, they get a higher win rate.
   (example: 1.05 * initial chance based on number of entrants)

This will be interesting for people who can't sell their product for full price for a long time and for people who like to gamble.
